I did the same amount on each side but in different sections. On the left I added near the back of my balls. On the right I added near the front.

Looking at you last picture it certainly seem like you you have a lot more room to grow, but to what point. Do you have a size goal limit, or are just going to see how large you can go? I've done some D5Saline and often got up to 18 - 20" which could be fun for a while, but I can't imagine how difficult it must be on a daily basis to live with that size semi-permanently.

I plan on starting my surgilube journey this week, and hope to get up to, and maintain a 10" - 12" size, which is still very concealable, but I know the siren's song to keep going a little bit bigger is very strong.

Added another 70ml last night. 35ml on each side. Injection points were to try to make the left and right look similar.

So far it seems to have worked. Still very uneven from side to side but less so now and I love the look. It's made hiding my size worse, but at this point I don't care as much any more.

Thanks for the engagement Bomber, Chuck and Just4me. I definitely have room to grow physically but I'm almost at the end of where I can grow mentally with this. It is absolutely a hassle to try to keep a normal appearance for my wife who hates this, for the neighbors we hang out with regularly, and for the occasional work trip. Honestly if my wife was a little more OK with this I'd welcome talking to damn near anyone about it. I'm at 21" when I wake up and am warm and loose. I measured 20" around at 10pm tonight. I'll take some pics in the next day or two to show off the shapes and sizes at different times of day.

The size is now only hideable with long untucked button up shirts. Because of both how low this hangs and how big it is front to back when tucked between my legs, there's no way to hide it completely with pants alone.

I've also found that shaving my balls is both wonderful and awful. It's great for the first day or two but as the hairs start to grow back a lot of them end up starting ingrown. I'm at that point right now. Lots of spaced out little red bumps that are uncomfortable. It seems that the issue is worse the more I'm tucked. With everything pressed together the hairs have nowhere to grow. I've always enjoyed having shaved junk periodically but I don't think I'm going to do it again unless I have 5-7 days straight where I don't have to be tucked.

I know that razor feels best BUT
i found that an electric trimmer is nearly as good.
No rash or bumps or ingrown hairs and seriously almost as close as a razor.

You definitely need to call it quits for a while. Sometimes Life gets in the way.

Nice tip on the electric trimmer. I'll try it.

And yes, life gets in the way. But life is also complicated and multi faceted. My personal life risk by being big isn't terrible. Just annoying. Sex at home was off the table years ago. My main concern is making sure I and my family aren't overly embarrassed in public situations.

No pain at all when adding to my balls. My last note of any pain or complications was 18 injections ago. I was at 850ml total at that point. I'm now up to 2088ml in my balls.

The only discomfort since then is when I've injected in my penis. Putting the needle is notably more painful than in the balls. Also the huge difference a small amount of SL makes in the penis makes it feel uncomfortably stretched for 1-3 days.

Thanks for the compliments AnthonyHardville. The change has been wild, the weight is amazing, and I'm still happy with what I've done. But I will admit, having extra weight consistently for 2 years makes it less exciting. I keep fantasizing about more, but I've hit a point where I just can't.

I still love being big, but... Being BIG doesn't line up with my life. Buying all new clothes, outGROWING it and buying more, trying to look normal(ish) in professional settings, trying to look normal(ish) in family settings, a partner who is not a fan of this in the bedroom.

CONSISTENT size requires a lot of mental, financial and physical effort for those who want to still have a "normal" life. Weigh what's important before (semi) permanently getting too big.

Observations during my almost 3 month break...

No perceptible reduction in size. I wake up every day with almost exactly 19" balls. At night I'm 17-18" around. The clothes I wear, how tight my underwear is, how long I've had to tuck between my legs, etc. determines the circumference and hang at the end of every day.

My balls are 4-5" from my knees when I wake up if I just sit upright and try to squeeze my knees together. I'm very conscious of how annoying or inappropriate I am to neighbors on airplanes now.

The "feel" of my balls has changed but the appearance hasn't. It still looks very lumpy, especially when warm or in the morning. I seem to have passed the whole "encapsulation" part though. When I squeeze my sack it just feels like a big water balloon. No hard spots at all other than the two lumps visible in the pics. The one on the left side is hard and the one on the bottom left is softer than everything around it.

Clothing is still a continuous challenge if I'm trying to hide my size. One size too big shirts that are untucked are a must. 80% of the pants I own can't even be zipped without discomfort.

Going to the bathroom at home is annoying. I sit down every time. #1 almost always dribbles on my balls and requires cleanup. #2 requires pulling everything forward and up to avoid getting #2 on the back of my balls. If both happen at the same time a mess is guaranteed. Stock up on baby wipes if you want to get this big.

Public restrooms (urinals) now require full unzip and opening of pants and pulling underwear down a bit. Its kind of embarrassing.

My wife has now mentioned "you might want to change pants" or "aren't you embarrassed" types of things a handful of times. She doesn't like this at all, and is now embarrassed to be around me in public if it's visible. We're still 99% happily married with zero sex, but the public/social aspect is a new layer of discomfort for her.

Well I hear your pain.. My wife puts up with my weights only because of the side effect (ball fucking her). But she has banned me from wearing any big weights out in town. I keep telling her no one is looking at my balls besides her. We have a great sex life so I'm balancing her wishes with my desire for big balls. Penis increase is out of the question. Im too big for her as I'm naturally born.

The recommended depth is just as far from the outer layer of skin as possible. In the balls this is easy since there is room to go down. In the penis it's a lot harder to do since you don't want to hit the corpus cavernosa (chambers that fill with blood for an erection).

My wife has been aware of me enjoying saline since we met 15 years ago. I forget how I even brought it up back then. We played together when I was temporarily bigger for a few years but she eventually told me that she did not like it at all. For many years I'd just do saline and glucose when I had free time to myself and she was aware of it but didnt' like that either. When I started SL, I originally told her it was small frequent saline adds and a ring to keep the size. After about a year I told her the reality that this is semi permanent and much of my size is probably totally permanent now. She's not happy.
