Nice overnight pump

Nice results, one question though that’d worry me. Isn’t pumping while you sleep (if you can that is) potentially dangerous? I’m just asking out of curiosity, clearly you’ve done it. I’d just like to know is all

I want to try an overnighter. What exactly is the dangerous part. Thinking low pressure and see what happens...
