I want to try an overnighter. What exactly is the dangerous part. Thinking low pressure and see what happens...

You might go to sleep with a suitable pressure but positional movement could pull on the cylinder and create a greater level of vacuum. If you got a blister to form, it'd be a doozy with hours under vacuum, even low. Blood flow could also be a problem if seals shift or growth puts pressure on the walls. How will you counter growth and vacuum reduction?

How about set an alarm to wake you after 2 or 3 hours, just to check things.

Yup. Great idea. I'll have to set Alexa for every couple hours. Probably have to have pee breaks if I keep hydrated.
