The reduction in size has to be a relief in so many ways.
Sounds like your quality of life has improved dramatically.
Ever plan to do SL again?

Re: Another Surgilube Experience AND Warning
Yes and Yes. I still have to be a little mindful of what I wear, but 90% of my old clothes fits again without showing an obscene bulge. I do need to find some new underwear though since the brand of boxer briefs I found to help keep my giant sized tucked and somewhat hidden now allows my loose low hangers to work it's way down a leg hole if I'm moving around a lot. When it happens it's pretty obviously seen and is slightly uncomfortable.
I plan to do SL again but I have no idea when. At the moment I'm really enjoying more normalish life. Riding my bike, walking up stairs IN FRONT of others with minimal concern, clothing options, not being pulled aside for put downs at security in airports, etc. My best guess is that future SL adds will start with small top ups in my shaft. I can see doing it in my scrotum again too but not before I figure out if the hydrocele is growing again. I'm going to start taking weekly measurements. It already feels like it's VERY slowly growing again/still. I'd the hydrocele really is growing it reduces the odds that I'll add SL to my balls. ...but not to zero.

Hey @squirrel it might be worth checking out "Sheath" brand boxer briefs/trunks. They have a very large deep pouch, but it's not a pouch that hangs out front like most. It would more than likely be enough to hold you in place and keep the bulge from going too crazy.

Re: Another Surgilube Experience AND Warning
Thanks for the tip! A medium and large have been ordered. I'll admit that I have my doubts that they'll be able to hide the bulge I still have, but even if they don't, the design looks super comfortable for wear around the house. I'll report back once they show up.rokie221 wrote: ↑Sat May 11, 2024 1:47 pm Hey @squirrel it might be worth checking out "Sheath" brand boxer briefs/trunks. Is Squirrel gone? I just clicked on his name to send him a pm and it came up saying page not found. That message popped up in newart not just a general error message like I have a bad internet connection.

Everyone's profile is broken. It's been this way for over 2 weeks now. It's been reported to the site issues forum by multiple users. Still no fix has been applied. Click any users name and you will get the same error. Hope this helps!

Thanks Peach, I was unaware of the issue. I don't pm anyone often so I hadn't noticed until now.

Re: Another Surgilube Experience AND Warning
Still here. No news on the SL front other than I feel like my hydrocele is very slowly filling back up. That and I've done another couple dextrose adds but those are for a different post.

Re: Another Surgilube Experience AND Warning
Well, I added more SL to my shaft earlier today. Boomber_mod and gijoejw inspired me to keep having a little fun. 11ml on the right side to try to even things out side to side. 1ml on the top of my shaft to fill in a valley. Wanted to put 5-10ml there but it just wouldn't budge. Ended up using the remaining 10ml at the bottom in my frenulum. After the first couple ml went in it started adding to the 10ml I had just put in on the right side. The swell was pretty immediate. I'll take some pics tomorrow to show the swell.
Still enjoying smaller balls around 15-16". I removed another 120ml of fluid from the hydrocele last week. Seems to be collecting about 60ml per month. The bottom/back of the right side of my scrotum is very loose and there's lots of extra skin. It looks pretty goofy. Not planning on doing anything about it though since it gives me a ton of room for big dextrose fills of 25"+ without any skin stretching.
Last add to my balls was 14 months ago. Last small add to my shaft before today was 10 months ago.

Glad to see ))) This is not a big addition of yours, but I understand that you are careful with it, as I have seen the other side of the coin! And I'm still waiting for your post about the addition of glucose, because you promised, and it's very interesting to see some more friars.Squirrel wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2024 12:01 pm Well, I added more SL to my shaft earlier today. Re: Another Surgilube Experience AND Warning
UPDATE.
I couldn't leave well enough alone. Did a decent sized add of 70ml to my balls on 8/13. 35 left, 35 right. All went well other than needing to find a second injection point on the right side to the first not allowing anything to be pushed in. The injection points were higher and to the sides if that makes any sense. The goal was to give more of a shape like gijoejw or boombermod, and to have a little more normal shape to distract from the droopy hanging empty hyrdocele. It worked... At first. Swelled from 15" to about 18" over a couple days. Settled back down to about 16" a couple more days later with a nice shape and encapsulations that were between ping pong ball and egg size. I thought all was well.
5 days into my new settled size and shape I got to have some "vigorous activity" on 8/24. Within an hour my balls got uncomfortable. By the next morning the left side had swelled up and looked like it had a softball sized encapsulation. I felt a bit like I had the beginnings of an infection too. Cold sweats, poor body temp regulation, etc. That part went away by the next morning. The size did not. It kept slowly growing over the next 2 days. It was also very hard. On 8/27 the left side finally started to go back down in size, but the right side started to do the same thing. No other side effects other than big size any more. Then, my shaft started to get bigger on 8/28. Right side and shaft seemed to stop growing today. I'm back up to my pre hydrocele draining sizes of 20"+ balls (VERY firm), and 10" shaft. Super annoying. Hopefully it starts to go back down within the next couple days. If not I may seek medical help to sort this out.
At first it seemed like the left side grew due to me irritating or breaking the early encapsulation and my body "seeing" new SL again. I have no solid explanation of what happened on the right or in the shaft. Best guess is my body is reacting differently to SL now than it has in the past, and it does not like it.
I'll post more updates over the next few days. Yet another story about SL doing what it wants, and results and reactions being unpredictable.
Sorry for the lack of pics lately. I haven't been too excited to take them while I'm more concerned than excited about what's happening.

It’s happened to me before and like 2 months after an injection. Random oh god it swelled up huge like I just injected. Body does weird things sometimes. I believe what happens is you inject into old encapsulated areas and the body doesn’t see it. Then you play hard or pump and boom huge swell.
