I've had my PA for 10 years and wear a 00g circular barbell ring. It is possible to pee standing at a toilet but it is a bit tricky. A curved barbell makes it easier because there is no track for the urine to flow over and then drip or spray off of where it shouldn't. When piercing itself is stretched tight from a new piercing or inserting a larger piece of jewelry, the piercing itself is closed off so you only pee from the original slit. After the piercing stretches and the jewelry is loose you will pee (and cum) out both the piercing and original slit.

When you pee standing up at a toilet the trick is to turn your dick upside down so the ring is on top and gravity helps keep the pee from running up the ring. It is much easier to pee standing at a urinal. You just stand close enough so any drip hits the urinal and not your shoe. But if your jewelry is loose, you have a chance of peeing out the piercing and backspraying onto your trousers.

This is excellent advise, I Have a regular PA and a reversed PA (up through the top ) , and a frenum piercing, I use a straight barbell from top to bottom, just long enough to not pinch when I am hard ,this splits the stream but works well, if I aim properly.I also have a straight barbell through my frenum. They are 08 gauge.

The safest kind to pee is with a little plastic tube, which you have to bring along in your pocket. I have to think on it when I'm going out of home - with my half splitted cock - you can imagine!!!!

No it wasn't painfull! If you have a (maso-)desire or predisposition, than the acts are exciting and arousing: only little steps with cutting and healing, always as i got the drive. I think it went over more of a year.
