.. You need to be a little more specific. Are you trying to restore? Or stretch? No one is going to 'help' you do it in either case. And no one can answer your questions unless you ask specific questions.

... My Forum below has a section on ForeSkin. But to just say I want to is not telling others what you need to know.

Just start by pulling the foreskin you have as frequently as possibbe - keep at it and sooner or later it will be long and loose.
