One itty bitty word of caution...

Post by scimitarian »

Well guys, it looks like lady luck caught up with me.

There I was, merrily adding SL to my testicles and I got the bright idea to use the pump to try to pull them down so they would slap the wife on the butt better. I was all for it. She was WAY into it, so the two of us out-voted common sense and safe practices.

That was two and a half weeks ago, and after pumping lightly for an hour, I cleaned up and went to bed. Next morning, I woke up with a tender spot on my sack, but thought nothing of it. By that afternoon, my right side of my sack was the size of a tennis ball, and was starting to get warm to the touch and throbbing. No real pain, but I know when I’m in over my head, so off to the ER we went.
Four hours later, after being fondled by two ER docs, one ER nurse, and an ultrasound tech, I was informed I had a cyst in each testicle, and an infection in the epididymis(my spelling sucks as bad as my cleanliness protocols) Put me on cephalexin 500mg x 4 per day x10 days.and they want to drain the SL back out. Fuck that, I went through too much to get it in there damn it and besides, it seems to be my failure at keeping things clean enough, not actually the SL. I could be wrong, I guess…
Soooo… the wife said earlier when I explained what I was doing that she wouldn’t try to talk me out of it unless I fucked up her bed toys, so I guess you all know how much crap I’m in right now… =D
All seems to be good now, but I almost lost a testicle over it, so I won’t be doing that anymore I guess.

But seriously, stay clean, stay sterile, stay safe.
And don’t anybody lose a nut over it!

If it’s okay I ask on the topic of being sterile. What kind of tube did you use, and was it still sealed (silver seal)?

If it was multiple weeks after injection then it doesn't sound like an infection to me. Doctors over-prescribe antibiotics just to cover their asses. Seems like the pumping and Surgilube did it.

How much time between injection and pumping etc?

Hey M20. As a rule, I generally use foil sealed, screw-on cap SL. I have used a couple of flippyJoes in the past with zero issues. This last T-inject was foil sealed and fresh other than leaving it in the syringe overnight to let air bubbles rise to the needle.
have a good one, bud! :)

I work in a hospital but I’m no doctor so take my words with a grain of salt. I agree with the previous poster that the MD called it a cyst under ultrasound but unless you told them what you did they have no idea what the mass is filled with. Alongside the warmth, swelling, tenderness a lot of the symptoms point towards infection but they wouldn’t know without a sample or a swab of some sort.

I used to get a reaction with SL and would feel sick for a day or so but I’m very doubtful that it’s due to an infection and more-so my body reacting to a foreign body. I suspect your body may be doing the same thing. I think you did everything cleanly and correctly up till you pumped. The testicles are very much unlike the skin when it comes to holding things in. I think you may either have overdone the pumping or maybe pumping is just poorly compatible with post SL testicles.

Sorry you’re going through this and I do wish you a great recovery!

my gut feeling is that it was definately the pumping, since I only pumped that one to pull him down a little, which it did, but ffuuuccckkkkk! It seems fine now, but the wife unit is still a bit testie and is sticking to the "No MORE" rule. I'll wait a couple of months and see how wedded she is to that when the dick shrinks a little. "Come on, baby. 20ml in the dick never hurt nuthin..." Ah, marital bliss...

I advise to read what AI comes up with, before considering using anything else than NaCl(saline) for scrotal enlargement.

Infusing Surgilube, a medical-grade lubricating jelly, into the scrotum is associated with "ballmaxxing"—an unregulated trend where substances are injected to temporarily enlarge the scrotum. Medical experts strongly warn against this due to extreme risks, including severe bacterial infections, abscesses, permanent tissue damage, and potential loss of the genitals.

The scrotum consists of delicate tissue not designed to accommodate fluid distension. Surgilube is intended strictly as an external or surface lubricant; it is not a sterile filler or tissue expander and carries significant consequences when injected:

Infection & Sepsis: Injecting any unsterile or unregulated substance outside of a clinical setting—especially using at-home kits—can introduce bacteria directly into sensitive areas, leading to cellulitis, abscesses, or life-threatening sepsis.
Tissue Necrosis: Surgilube can physically disrupt blood vessels and cause pressure that cuts off circulation to the testicles, potentially causing tissue death and permanent loss of function.
Granuloma Formation & Migration: The body's immune system may react to the foreign gel by forming hard, painful nodules (granulomas), leading to chronic inflammation and permanent disfigurement.

Medical professionals advise against attempting any form of unapproved scrotal or testicular enhancement at home. To understand the severe risks involved, read expert warnings covered in reports like the Healthline 'Ballmaxxing' Guide.
If you are experiencing any pain, swelling, or have already undergone this procedure, it is vital that you seek immediate medical attention or consult a board-certified urologist to evaluate potential damage or address an infection.
