First time

Hey everyone. I’ve been wanting to try using saline on my belly for a while now. I have never done this before but have found a couple people here and there that I have chatted with and one told me to start with 1l of saline and others have told me 2l of saline mixed with 2l d5w for my first time. Granted I’m a big guy being 6’6 and 390 pounds but is 4l too much for the first time?
