Just pump, you balls get bigger over time and if you are consistent they will retain some size, I have not found my cock has really grown permanently much at all despite a lot of pumping...

it can be a bit tricky to keep your cock small in a jar - but the best advise I've seen is if you get a condom, cut the tip off and the fold it over itself and then put on your penis, then pump. Found this helps, but ultimately even after you remove it your penis will get fuller.
