Hello everyone
I’m a young guy in the late 20's relatively new to this and am currently trying to enlarge my scrotum and testicles. I live in NYC and I am trying to connect with experienced pumpers to get some advise what device should I buy or help me to build me my own device, I’ve been using an electric pen*s vacuum pump I purchased from Amazon with some results but not close to the guys that I see in this forum.
I live in Manhattan and I am open to meet in person to discussing it further.
