If your going to keep adding so soon after the last one you could inject into the same encapsulation and cause it to grow
If you add before the encapsulation gets hard can expand

What kind of implant? Inflatable? If yes, then please do not think of putting a needle anywhere near your penis. It’s a tricky situation if you puncture the balloon. I could almost guarantee infection would be a problem if you inflated and that air went into your body. Maybe I don’t know how the device works, but I’d imagine this could be a problem. Just puncturing the device, I’d be concerned from the start.
