It’s not difficult.
Nothing wrong with seeing where you’re at now.
I like to weigh and measure myself before an infusion to mark my progress.
Sit with your thighs cradling your bag.
I divide my size by 2 and hold that number to the ball strap at the very bottom and drape long end over, laying the short end overlapping the long end.
Then relax the tape so that it is not constraining your sack.
