That's been covered many times throughout the site. However, you've deeply injured the tissue. Get some triple antibiotic cream, apply it and cover the blister with a bandage. The main goal is to keep it dry and clean. It should clear up on the surface in about 3-4 days. BUT the deep tissue will take at least 2-3 weeks to heal. Do not pump during this time as it will happen again but larger and more painful.
We've all been there with simple water blisters so keep it low and slow. Take frequent breaks about 10 minutes in between sets. Personally
30 minutes at 4-5 HG and a 10 minute break. Repeat three times.r
Hope this helps and report back

I'd like to reinforce that. I fought my vacuum hanger for years, but I got blisters very easily. I'd wait a few days and the blister would look and feel like it was healed, but it would come back very easily, always at the same spot.tennsteven wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2025 7:36 pmIt should clear up on the surface in about 3-4 days. It wasn't until I took a long break that I found out that two or three weeks is needed to fully heal.
Some of the differing advice you get is due to different types of blisters. Some are just small 2-3mm bubbles that can sometimes be massaged away if you get to them soon enough after they occur. Others, big sections of membrane (technically, the covering of the glans is "mucous membrane" and not skin) will fill with fluid. Those take much longer to heal.
Remember, make small steps up with time and tension or weight, stop immediately if you feel a stinging or tickling sensation (that's the membrane starting to separate from the glans), and don't get in a big hurry. You're not in a race, and you're not making gains while you're waiting to heal.
