How on earth do you find and ball stretchers that fit... normal(?) 50 mm just wont do it any more.
I guess it doesnt hep when my ball bag feel like a bag of spagetti these days?
I may have a bit of a varicocele issue going on... but it's been around for my whole life... just more so after pumping.

Custom made? I've seen a few sellers offering this service, won't be cheap though.
Have you tried a leather one or the likes of and hanging weights off of it? Or you could use bondage rope and do the same I suppose if your any good with that type of thing. Not quite the same I know but better than nothing.
I just did a quick search for 'split collar' and then '60mm Double Split Shaft Collar with Set Screw' which is almost like a ball stretcher but won't be as smooth I guess, might have to get some fine grit sandpaper on it. No idea of weight.
