Testicle pumping advice

Hey guys, can anyone give me advice on how to start pumping my testicles . I have been stretching for a few years . When hot the boys do tend to hang and maybe swing a little but I'm looking to take it much further .
My goal is to stretch my testicles only , so any advice , I also need to make a pump myself from easy find items
