You could easily build a set of these. Using a couple feet of 4" or 6" PVC pipe (cut into two equal length pieces and smooth the sharp ends). Then drill a 1/4" hole in the midpoint of each one and install a 1/4" threaded to 1'8" barbed tubing connector. Plumb it up with 1/8" auto grade vacuum hose and a tee and buy a small hand operated vacuum pump.

you could run buddy T tubing.

it's not the same thing but it's gonna give you more mobility then if you were both connected via a cylinder to cup.
