Hi. Id started interesting about meato cut. The problem is with pain. Some tips? In place where I live there is no lidocaine without doctors prescription. Thanks

Try ebay search for this. These come from India. Takes a while for it to arrive, but it's good stuff. I think the seller is click2buyitems.

for my level of pain, a stubborn meatus and wanting to avoid customs, I settled for Salonpas, 4% lidocane and it numbs me up good.
