Hey all I am new to this and I want to started to pump my balls so if any one can tell were i can get a pump and what kind to get and how to started would be a big help. I am not looking to spend to much money thought

You can make "the worlds cheapest ball pump" this way:
1 - shave your pubes down to nothing.
2 - wash out an old pickle or mayo jar, something with an opening at least 3.5" across. 4" is best. (or use a SunTea jar!)
3 - lube the opening of the jar, and your crotch, with hand cream.
4 - stuff your bits inside the jar, along with a length of rubber tubing, and press the jar gently against your groin to form a seal.
5 - suck air out using the rubber tubing. You'll feel a vacuum forming.
6 - once you feel a nice suction, slip the rubber tubing out
7 - sit perfectly still for 20 minutes.
8 - repeat as desired

Now, don't say you do't have enough money to get into pumping
