Pump Big Without Busting the Bank....

Post by Kanja »

........here are a few quick shots of 6 tubes that I've put together from off the shelf items from various local stores. The six cost me under $100. complete and as far as I can see work as good as any on the market tube.

They range from an acrylic party glass, glass sun tea jar, acrylic lighting globe, PVC pipe with cap, and assorted parts from a water filter that cost me $12.00! Fittings are from Home Depot, the section for refrige. water filter section contained all the tubing and fittings you need. See photo #3

Tubes were made more comfortable to use by using a larger tubing, splitting it and slipping it over any sharp edge you have, it is held in place with quick setting epoxy. See photo #2

Do they work? Well check out my first posting were I (Kanja) introduce myself.

Thanks for your time
