nnyx,

The best split collars I have and the one that I now wear 24/7 is called a steelmaster and is the 30 mm (1 1/4")height and weights about one pound. I got it from https://www.secretleather.com/ They come in different sizes up to 50mm (2 1/4") . They're not cheap, but well worth the money. Also, i have a 56 mm (2 1/2")collar I got from http://www.wildcat.co.uk/acatalog/ It it a Sin Central product. It too is very comfortable. To increase the size I use split collars I got from Grainger.com. They are 1/2 inch in height and are not as comfortable as the other, but a lot cheaper, around 5-15 dollars if I remember correctly.

Hope this helps, good luck and happy stretching.
Re: Split collars / Weights
I've got a selection of split collars from Sin Central (UK) they are really well made, polished surgical steel that will never wear out or corrode.

They come in two versions one has an internal diameter of 35mm the other 40mm. I started off with a 14mm high 35mm int dia and added a 28mm with 35 int di, my favorite weight. I also have a 42mm x35mm which is great for short periods but I find it a bit heavy to wear all day.

After six months of Vac pumping with my Monster Tube junior I'm sure the girth of my scotum has increased so I'm moving over to the 14mm and 28mm with the slightly larger internal diameter of 40mm. These are not as heavy as the others but obviously give the same stretch and can be worn all day. From looking at my balls there is no way that they could slip off.

Ball weights slipping off in the middle of the office would be a major embarrasment hence my original decision to go with the 35mm.

I also find that wearing two collars of 14mm hight one 35mm and one 40mm works very well. Decent stretch, not too much weight and easy to live with all day long.

My goal, is something like 56mm all day long comfortably. But then one can always add more.

The Steelmaster collard also look good and can be locked closed by adding a steel band with a padlock. My wife has expressed an interest in these but the thought of being locked into a 56mm heavy ball weight all day is a bit much for me even if she thinks it a good idea, any views on this guys?

Soudain8

the Best place in US is Forttroff in Atlanta...they are made in Amsterdam.Great quality. The diffrence between what you will pay in shipping from FetteredPleasures or Secretleather is worth getting them form Fort and kepping them, even if you arent a stretcher.

http://forttroff.com/pigmat
"ballstretchers" 5 lengths and weights

Cool 130 bucks for a 3.5 stretcher thats pretty cheap compared to most sites ive been too.I coudlnt handle that much stretch but ill think about that one alright.I think the site i bought weights from before had 3 inch for 190 and i thought that was high so i didnt get it.But why when i type in ball weights or split collars this site doesnt come up in google?
