Saline expiration date

Hey guys... Need a little advise. I've done saline a couple of times and have a 500cc bag of saline left over from the first time. It was fresh when I got it, but now it has reached it's expiration date of April 2007. It is still sealed in the original outer heavy plastic wrapper.
What's the general opinion, would you still use it????
