saline and your balls

I have two things I need to know. Where do your balls go when you fill up? Do they remain in the sack or do they go up into your body like when you are cold? I also need to know if there is some where that I can buy saline and the infusion equipment and pay with a money order. I really want to try this because I really enjoy haveing large pumped balls.Thank you.
