Hey bud, you're definitely right. Keeping the balls warm during pumping leads to much better, faster results than if your balls are cold and tight.

yay for pix :)
Russ.

Hi guys

Good topic for my question. WATER ;)
I have been working on an automatic water heating system. I saw somebody on another forum combined water recalculating and pump pressure to work together. I think the idea is to keep the water flowing so it can be heated. The guy has not gone that route yet.
Enough about him.
What I have here is a system of controlling vacuum and water temperature separately. I also can maintain a full tube at all times. :D
So what is my question for you?
As i work on my system, and my post regarding it, I need to get some advice as to the optimum temp for penis and ball pumping.
My max ball circumference is 13 and three quarters inches. I got that without the water temp control system so
What did I do wrong?
My temp was 118 degrees F. and i came out about 12.
:'(
Please comment on the temp

Thanks
Doniger_guy
If I had a thermometer I could tell you pretty much exactly what temp I pump with, because I always turn the dial on my tub to the same spot. A little cooler and it doesn't feel right, a little hotter and I'm completely boiling my potatoes.
Since I find that each pump session is a little different, I'd recommend you try several sessions at a nice warm temperature like 98F and then try at 100, 102, etc. Don't get the water warm enough that it's painful.

Take the average of your results and be sure to post the numbers on here so that we can benefit from your research.

Russ, back in university for another term.

I'll be able to give you some ideas in a couple of weeks. I have been working with an STJ with a heater controlled by a Variac wrapped around the outside. I have never put a thermometer in it. I would get up to 14-15 inches in a couple of hours. But it's gotten to be too difficult to get out of the jar at that size.

I have made my own split shell two stage vessel out of acrylic. I will not be able to use an external heater with that because the thermal conductivity of acrylic is too low, i.e., I won't be able to get the heat through the walls of the vessel. So I will have to put two more ports (water in and water out) in the walls of the vessel and use pumped circulation from a separate container. I have ordered an immersion heater for that. When it arrives, then I'll put together the water bath. I will eventually put a temperature controller on it, so I will be able to know what the temperature is.

I would be surprised if 118 degrees is wise for long periods of time (approaching two hours). That might just approach "cooking" temperatures.

I know for me, bath water of 108-110 degrees F is comfortably hot for soaking, but of course, I can't stay in it for very long. If your body core temperature approaches 105 F, you supposedly will pass out - your brain doesn't like that. So I would guess that 118 is doing some damage to other parts of the body, as well.

Let's hear some more thoughts on this issue.

Speaking of water, I cannot tell you how importaint I think it is that one be well hydrated prior to a session. Now I dont mean go and drink 5 gallons of water or anythng and put yourself into heart failure or anything, but I have always had very nice results while hydrated.
Coffees, teas and alcohol tend to dehydrate the system and should be avoided if indeed pumping time is at hand

Yeah id agree with being hydrated when and before you even pump to get realy big.As one time i guess was not hydrated and after pumping for several hours with hot water i felt drained. And maybe my fluids were all down in my balls or i just was tired i dont know but the feeling sucked. :-/

Yeah, that sucks bigballs! Its very important to be well hydrated, especially when the air or water temperature is high. I drink a lot of water and (yeah, sissy, but it works) herbal tea on pumping days. Using warm water works a treat, I just sit in the tub at a comfy temperature... my skin wrinkles like a prune after a while but hey! no need for high tech equipment. Wow, jforfun and doniger you impress with your skills!

I pump outside during the summer and let the sun heat the water. I get very large doing this. I have an 8ft fence aroud the back yard so I do not worry about neighbors seeing me. During the winter I wrap a heating pad around the tube. This keeps the water nice and warm. Summer time I started off useing a 2stage from Monster Nuts and had troublegetting out of the tube. I now have a long jonnie and a suntea style also from pumptoys. both work very well all year using the heating pad.

I agree, pumping wet with warm water is pretty good and I have used bathtime as the most convenient time to do so. But I have also learnt that using a heating pad and/or a hot water bottle brings fairly similar results without worrying you might ruin your pump.

Drinking plenty of water is a definite plus. If you have a water fountain at work ... wahahay for a good evening pump session!

I don't share the same views on the topic with the rest of you guys. I used to ww pump but found it too messy and high maintainence for my taste. Not to mention that it's a great way to get a blister, even at low pressure!!! I found that one out the hard way! :-/

I disagree with Bionic's comment.

I always pump with warm water and also drink a 10 oz. glass of water every 15 to 20 minutes while pumping. The warm water I change every 30 minutes.

This has helped me pump my balls to about 16" on a regular basis.

Don't have any problems with blisters, only an occasional problem with the skin learning to accept the stretch I am asking it to give.

Tom L.
