not something we've tried, and were wondering - what happens to all that saline ?

hi Kate,

saline is water, it goes into the cells, then filtrated by the kidneys,like the water you drink...

no side affects processing all that salt?

your body is not salt-less. the 0,9% salt reflects natural bodyfluid.

If you have high blood pressure, keep a check on it. Maybe start with one liter and see how your body reacts to it. The rate your body re-absorbs the saline solution is slow. My re-absorb rate is about 30 hours per liter. I have borderline high blood pressure and I have not detected a blood pressure spike after 2 liters.

When you order supply's form Kinky Medical what comes with your order? Can you order butterfly needles from them? I have looked on the site and have not seen them. All I see are the cathiter type. Also corious as to ifafter inflation does your bag sweat? What I mean is do you have to be careful going out and haveing wet spots show up on your pants. I want to try this but I would like to use butterfly style needles when I do. Thanks for your answers
