Flaccid penis volume update:
My penis is pain free. No more trauma, related swelling.

I measured myself again tonight. My flaccid penis now has a volume of 125 mL. This is compared to 80 mL before the injection.

I gained 45 mL of volume from injecting 40mL of HA gel.

This means my flaccid penis is now 56% larger than it was before.

This makes great sense. The Hyaluronic acid continues to absorb a small amount of water when it is in the body. In my case it absorbed and additional 12% of water. So 40 mL turned into 45mL.

I will continue to track this result and hopefully it will be stable for some months. It's supposed to go down little by little over the year, so I would expect around the 6 month update, only to have about 20mL of extra volume.

I am pleased with result. It shows that the size increase is the result of added filler, not due to chronic inflammation of the bodies immune response. This is a good healthy way to increase volume in my opinion for that reason.

Balls volume update:

Currently my balls are still noticably irritated. The left side is almost as pain free as the penis except the gel in the balls is much firmer, more like rubber. In the penis the gel is like squishy earlobe feeling. In the scrotum the gel is harder. On the left side it still has some tenderness to it, such as when I squeeze it and poke at it. On the right side, I continue to heal from my ball weight crush injury. And it's still more painful. I can tell tomorrow morning it will feel better, and if I were to guess, in one week time it will be almost totally healed.

Please imagine if someone took a knife and made a small 1 inch cut in your arm. How long until that cut 1) stopped bleeding, 2) formed a scab, 3) scab fall off , 4) stopped hurting and look and feel again like normal skin. Probably you imagine a week or two right? The healing timeline of the body is slow in some way of thinking, but it's manageable.

Did you also know that different parts of your body heal at different speeds? Yes, the inside of the mouth for example so famous for healing quickly.

Perhaps the penis heals quickly, perhaps the balls heal more slowly. I do not know the answers. I know that the skin of the balls has MUCH MUCH MUCH more muscle. And therefore it must have more nerves to control the muscles, and also it must have blood vessels to feed the muscles. I also know that the balls expand and contract almost constantly and are a moving dynamic system. Although the skin of the penis does get stretched with erections, I do believe the scrotum has just more going on in general as far as the skin is concerned.

I calculate my current scrotum volume to be 590mL.

Before injections the volume was 325. That means that the increase in volume is about 265mL. Of this 265mL, 45 is directly attributable to the gel on its own. That means there is about 220 mL of excess swelling volume which is most likely still from both my injured right nut as well and the gel irritating the layers of the skin somewhat.

My dick is stable in volume. The feel is soft and supple. I'm happy with it.

The scrotum is still settling. On the left side the HA is mostly stabilized in volume. It feel like 15mls in there.... Hard to tell. So maybe not all 20 mL took hold. Not sure.

On the right side. There is a big lump. Until yesterday it hurt to squeeze it, so I've been letting it be. Now I can squeeze it no problem.

When I do squeeze it it feels as though there is some fluid on there, the lump will get a little dent in it, but later it'll fill back in. I think it's water retained in there. Not sure. It definitely still feels like more than 20 mLs. It feels closer to 50 mL. That's why I think the swelling is fluid.

It has been one month since my injection.

I did a volume test again today.

Currently I measured my flaccid penis at 131 mL.

This is 51 mL up from my base mine pre-injected flaccid volume of 80mL.

I only injected 40 mL into my cock so, there is most likely some imperfection with my volume testing technique, though it's probably close enough to go e the right idea. I previously measured it to be 47mL. This would appear to indicate that after one month there has been no substantial loss of gel from my penis.

I am satisfied with this result. There is no pain.

This method of volume displacement testing is more accurate than many other methods. No technique is perfect, but over multiple attempts you can see what kind of variability you get in your measurements. You may also have some slight inflammation in your tissues, which could account for some of the extra volume. Either way, I commend you on your technique and urge you to continue with this method of measurement.

Apparently this is in line with predicted results. When people said it lasts about a year, I honestly thought that meant it's all gone after a year. I was confused about that. Today I asked Chatgpt to be more specific. This was the result I got.

I think I can afford this method of enlargement. My current plan is to set aside about $40- 50 dollars a month. At that rate I should be injecting about 80mL a year. I don't want to do many small injections often. I would much rather do only once or twice a year. Bigger volumes are more noticable and easier to track.

I'm not in a rush. I stretched many years and pumped many years with hardly any results, so this is already orders of magnitude more satisfying, enjoyable, and effective.


I am not fond of the trauma related swelling. Like boxers that get punched in the face and get a swollen face. Passing the cannula around under the skin and ripping though the connective tissue to inject the gel causes a lot of trauma related swelling. It's cool to see my package grow huge of course, but ideally it only lasts a few days.
Any injection that causes long term swelling would not be ideal for me. Long term I only want to grow by the injected volume amount.

Of course it is reported that the gel does attract water and swells more once inside the body, but even that is only about 10% or so.

Other sources of swelling like mild low grade bacterial infection, or persistent allergic reaction don't seem healthy or ideal. At least long term.

Mind you I am the weirdo that purposely put poison ivy on my dick to make it swell, and also pulled my cock out in the Louisiana swamp at night to let 100 mosquitos bite it to make it swell as well. I'm kinda reckless, and take big risks, but also I try to make good choices for something that will be in me a long time. I know I must sound like someone with cognitive dissonance, and I'll concede that may be true. But y'know, I'll go skydiving, but with a trusted company, after doing some research. Hope that analogy works.

Yes that's exactly right. When you order the cannulas on Amazon, they already come with appropriately sized needles. The needle is used to poke h the hole. After the blunt tip cannula uses that hole to enter the skin. The cannula is very long. About twice as long as the needle. You can then work it around under the skin. The blunt tip is still pointy enough to spread the skin apart and make a space for itself.

The gel comes out front the side.t he tip is completely rounded off.
That's at age is that there is a much lower chance of damaging a blood vessel, or a nerve.

I used a 22guage canulla. Each canulla came packaged with a needle, which I assume was the same gauge. It was not hard, but it was slow. I have strong hands, but not crazy strong, just average adult man strength. An old guy or a weak guy might have trouble. I think it coming out slow is a plus. It allows you to avoid accidentally injecting too much in one spot.

I have found it difficult to move the gel from one spot to another once it's in place. It can flatten out and spread a bit but not too much. So the gel I injected at the front of my penis has smoothed out and formed the shape you see, continuous without looking like corn dick. Not because I injected it perfectly, but because it did blend a bit. None of the gel though has migrated to the base of my dick though. I guess what I'm saying is it can migrate millimeters, but probably not centimeters. Even getting it to migrate millimeters requires a good amount of forceful massage.

I poked the holes on the sides of my penis. That sides have fewer critical structures than the top and bottom.

The holes were placed around mid shaft. I injected some along the top of the base, non on the underside of the base, some on the top of the tip, and a lot on the underside of the tip. I enjoy the tear drop look. That's my personal preference. I like it to look saggy and hang.
