Monday after some time in the stretch tube. ..

The 3 lb heavy and later swapped out for 2 3/4 for the rest of the night...

Tuesday, ended up working through till 10 pm, the pub was a nice retreat for an hour ...

They're just having a bit of a rest at the moment. The stretch tube can be hard on the skin. i did hit it a bit hard though. Thinking every other day in future.

Wednesday and after a busy day, time for a quick one down the pub.

Thursday night, me and the wife had a trip down to the pub. Every couple of weeks they get a blue grass band in. I say blue grass, they do a mix of everything really, folk, jamming, allsorts, and very good they are. Back home, bit of telly with a brew and a last but chilly fag before bed,

After a bit of a rest and a chilly last fag i thought they were holding up quite nicely ....

seems i wasn't the only one taking pics yesterday, J & A were out delivering brochures ....

And late afternoon drop in at the pub for a coffee and a warm up ...

God i do like it when she get's em out. Naughty bit very nice ....
