I once did 7L D5 over 4 days and was 28" at the end of that.
You need a lot of time to get that big. It took almost a full week to return to normal.

Once you go over 20” I dont think people realize how much it takes to keep adding an inch bigger. My best I did 2 liters of D5/.9 and blew up to 26”, but that’s a far cry from 28”!

I have never measured mine it just keeps on taking more I can do 4 easily. It's the return time that stops me going more.

You are right. I can get to 26 quite easily now.
Going bigger is another story. After 26in it takes about 1.5L D5 to gain an inch until you get to 28in then it can take up to 2.5L per inch gained.
The biggest I have ever been is 28.5in and it took 1.5L to get the half inch. I could not continue. My goal is to hit 30in some day.
My estimate is it would take 12L to get there. Wowza.

The big issue is the strain on the body. Especially anything with dex. The only real way to gain permanent size and be able to get even bigger with saline is obtain a hydrocell like squirrel did or use a lot of ky/sl. Silicone is dangerous and from what I’ve read can’t use saline with it? May be wrong.

Hi, the biggest I have ever got was 22-23" I have large creases in my sack now, and when I'm warm they are quite saggy. However when my scrotum is cold, its like I have never infused at all. I would like my scrotum to always be saggy. How is your scrotum after reaching 28 inches? There's not to many pictures out there of people's scrotum when its normal.

My next infusion I'm going to try to reach 25" I'm really struggling to get past 23' Anymore iv fluid I add seems to bypass my scrotum. Tying off seems to not do much for me. I would like to also try N2O charges, and this may give me the boost I need.
