No progress after more than a year

Post by STRETCH2 »

Hey everyone,

I’ve been working on stretching my balls for the past year and a half. In the first several months, I saw gradual progress, but for the past year, I’ve basically hit a wall — no noticeable gains at all.

Right now, I can barely fit into three weight rings. I’ve tried staying consistent with wear time, but something’s clearly not working. I’m not sure if it’s my routine, or the duration…

Any advice on what to try next — and for how long — would be appreciated. I really want to get past this plateau.

Thanks in advance.

while being no expert in this area, i believe i have read somewhere that your skin needs to be stretched continuously for a period of 21 days. That being said, do you pump or just stretch? I am sure there are people on this site that can help. If you post your exact routine with all the details, it would be helpful also.

Here you find a very detailed guide to ball stretching. What helped me a lot was manual stretching with cacoa butter.

I only stretch, about 3 hours every other day. I used to do it daily.

You need to get a gap at the top to let them swing, you would be better off with 1 weight, shorter than those 3 but heavier and wear the 24/7. At the very least dawn to bed time but 24/7 is much better. 3 hours a day will get you nowhere.

There are a few things I found.

No matter how much you stretch, your balls will always withdraw. My lowest hang is about 7-8 inches and I still walnut a lot.

Only stretch when you can control the heat and keep the sack loose. Wearing weights all the time doesn’t help. When your balls want to withdraw they will and no weight will change that. It just feels uncomfortable.

Wear weights all night sleeping or if you can keep yourself warm sitting on a heating pad.

Do manual stretching with oil as many times a day as you can. Remove the weights and milk yourself like a cow. Again, when you are warm and sagging. I find this did more for growth than wearing the weights.

Full package or ball pumping helps a lot too. Again when sagging and warm. Pump low and slow.

I use a 50/50 mixture of Burt bees baby oil and EVOO.

Bottom line is consistency and time. I read somewhere it can take up to a year to grow an extra inch of skin. Also be gentle don’t hurt yourself.

Good luck
