Cannot reply to messages

Anytime I try to reply to a message, on my phone or Mac, the browser throws out an error page. Tried Safari and Firefox, etc, Nothing I do seems to make a difference.

I receive the following error:

“Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
