I believe that what “sounding” does. Look up sounding rods and you should find entire sets meant for stretching out the urethra.

After years of pumping / hanging / jelqing your urethra will start getting tight. I don't know the mechanism more exactly, but probably it's got to do with healing microtears that pumping is giving you that also lead to size gains. Get familiar with urethra sounding. It's great taking a piss when you are properly stretched out. After struggling with that tight urethra, when you can take a large rod, say 8mm or even 10mm, you're going to feel like a horse urinating. It's amazing, but GO EASY when you introduce bigger rods. Hygiene. Trust me, infection is the least you want.
