Extend meatotomy

Today I am going to extend my meatotomy to little bit of subincision territory,
(Clamp and cut method)
How long to cut at this season is safe?
Is any problems after cross meatotomy area?
Really need your suggestion and guidance.

Looks like a perfectly clean cut. CONGRATULATIONS! how long did you keep the clamp in place prior to cutting?

all the times i clamp & cut with scissors it bled, but with some compression it stops after some time.
last cut i hit a small vein and was prepared for the situation, had some stop bleeding powder.

6 friends suggested in PM to cut till Corona end.
May be I crossed the bottom of corona, but not parallel with the top corona. So here I draw the imaginary line of my next target. But the problem is my foreskin. Can I continue with foreskin to archive this target in 3 sessions of clamp and cut?

6 Freunde schlugen in der PM vor, bis zum Ende von Corona zu kürzen. Vielleicht habe ich die Unterseite der Korona überquert, aber nicht parallel zur oberen Korona. Hier zeichne ich also die imaginäre Linie meines nächsten Ziels. Aber das Problem ist meine Vorhaut. Kann ich mit der Vorhaut fortfahren, um dieses Ziel in 3 Sitzungen von Klemmen und Schneiden zu archivieren?

You most certainly can. The foreskin looks to be out of the way in the pics. Reaching your target should be no problem.

When I need advice you always here to guide lile my last 2 cuts, when some complications about pee flow etc. But in my last cut it bleed till 2 days, taken pills to control, may be damaged nervous system. So I am really hesitate, may be little afraid. Really need your guidance and motivations.

Wenn ich Rat brauche, bist du immer hier, um meine letzten 2 Schnitte zu begleiten, wenn es Komplikationen mit dem Urinfluss usw. gibt. Aber bei meinem letzten Schnitt blutete es bis zu 2 Tagen, nahm Tabletten zur Kontrolle, kann das Nervensystem geschädigt werden. Also zögere ich wirklich, habe vielleicht ein wenig Angst. Ich brauche wirklich deine Anleitung und Motivation. Jeder kann antworten. Danke noch einmal.

After may hesitation and debates in my mind, finally clamped. But still confuse to extend or not. Could be too early after 4th cut. Could be delay about 60 days. So many confusions. But this time I should clamp more than 2 hour could be 3 hour.

Nach viel Zögern und Debatten in meinem Kopf war ich endlich festgeklemmt. Aber es ist immer noch verwirrend, ob man verlängern soll oder nicht. Könnte nach dem 4. Schnitt zu früh sein. Könnte eine Verzögerung von etwa 60 Tagen sein. So viele Verwirrungen. Aber dieses Mal sollte ich mehr als 2 Stunden klemmen, könnten 3 Stunden sein.

Clamping 2 hours should be more than enough. You may have nipped a vein which takes longer to heal enough to stop the bleeding. Have you tried using a cautery pen? Numb with lidocaine and clamp an hour. Cauterize the cut if bleeding becomes a problem. You could use the cautery pen to extend further too.

On 21 June I clamped for 2.5 hour as I shared. But after post here, But after remove the clamp when I prepare to cut I just afraid to cut, just because of my last season was too much blood. I just aborted for 2 3 week. May be this time cut with a plasma pen. Do I need to clamp to use plasma pen or cut without clamping.

Am 21. Juni habe ich 2,5 Stunden lang geklemmt, während ich geteilt habe. Aber nach dem Beitrag hier, aber nach dem Entfernen der Klemme, wenn ich mich auf den Schnitt vorbereite, hatte ich einfach Angst zu schneiden, nur wegen meiner letzten Saison war zu viel Blut. Ich habe gerade für 2 3 Wochen abgetrieben. Eventuell wird dieses Mal mit einem Plasmastift geschnitten. Muss ich klemmen, um den Plasmastift zu verwenden, oder ohne Klemmen schneiden?
