Surgilube Journey

Post by mtlpump »

Hey guys,

Just finally did my first surgilube injection and wanted to give you all a journey that you can follow. After 5+ years of pumping/infusing, I decided I wanted something a bit more permanent. Please note that I have been researching this for 2 years and have asked a lot of people on the forum questions about best practices.

I did my first fill about 2 hours ago, 30ml on my right side of the sack because I quite a bit of extra skin there from all the years of stretching + my ball naturally hangs higher due to tense cords from pumping.

I prepped my bed with clean towels, took a shower, filled two 20ml syringes with a 20g 1 inch needle and bam, jabbed the right side of my sack a bit higher than I wanted. No blood whatsoever so I started to fill. There were very small air bubbles in the syringe along with a pea sized bubble that would sit at the top and would not leave no matter how much SL I would push out. The SL was hard to push through but the adrenaline made it so that I was able to push it through quite quickly. After the first tube finished, I massaged it a bit and noticed that I wanted more since I only felt about a golf ball amount. I screwed off the syringe, kept the needle in, screwed back another syringe.

As I was pushing out the air bubbles, I probably squeezed out around 5ml of each 20ml syringe which is why I totalled 30ml on my right side (I did not inject the left side as I want to build up to a monstrous hydrocele looking effect).

I will wait and see how this grows and settles. So far it has been 2 hours and it has already expanded. Already planning my second add, want to do 30mls on each side.

You can see the side difference of one size vs the other on the photo

Looks good, but curious as to why you want a one sided monstrous hydrocele type outcome?
Oh to have even an average sized cock….

It’s something that I like the look of right now. Already with this 30ml injection, the right side is now 3x larger than the left and hangs lower. I like the asymmetrical look, the idea of one nut being stupid huge. I will probably wait to see how it encapsulates before deciding if I will do both sides or just my right next time. Maybe ill do 40ml on my right and 20ml on my left.

Update on the effects: swelling has went down a bit. I had some soreness and chills yesterday but went away with some ibuprofen. I noticed a dark patch of skin where the SL landed, hoping it goes away on its own. The SL has some harder spots that are staying close to the wall of the sack and there are also some softer parts near the hard spot.

I plan to do a 60ml add in a week or so. 40ml on the right side where I already injected and 20ml on the left where I have not yet injected.

i really like you thinking of a asyemetrical shape like a hydrocele. Looking really nice!
