I just bought a new 3”×9” tube, and I want to pack it. How should I do it?

I'd recommend using a good seal and ball weights to keep as much scrotum skin out of the tube as possible, and wearing a cock ring after you pump. That's helped me get a lot more uniform girth.
I hope to move up to a 3" tube soon, but 2.5" and my MTJ, are way more comfortable.
