I did this method today, worked surprisingly good. Gotta put a little pressure behind the stream but I was able to piss standing up again without spraying the whole bathroom lol. Thanks!

Sounds like you need a penis sound to insert that has a thru hole to pee. I carry one with me to pee thru and is easy to insert and keeps it from splatter.
