As Jack6two says castration does indeed reduce your dick size, quite noticeably too. I was castrated 10 years ago and noticed the effect, it seems to be stable now, but there is absolutely no doubt that I am visibly smaller. It also makes weight control harder, although maybe age has something to do with that too.
