Hi, Keep getting the following when I go to send a Private Message
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Private Message not allowing messages to be sent

Had the same problem recently & just assumed that the person I was trying to PM had their notifications/messages turned off
