For those who infuse through the cock...

I know some of you start your infusion in the cock, which ultimately trickles down into the sac. Would love advice or guidance on how you handle the insertion point. I usually use a 21 gauge butterfly needle.

Would you still infuse an entire liter through the cock, or would you limit to a much smaller amount?

I have no issues doing 2 L in one sitting, but ultimately my cock gets engulfed by my balls (see below). Would love to experiment and filling the cock before the balls.

I would limit to aprox 500ml thru the cock. You will get a faster injection with one 500ml in cock and rest in the sac. Inject both at the same time

You'd be lucky to get 500ml into your cock. The volume is way too much. If you want everything to swell, just infuse sac but tie it off

I get around 250 5% dex in my cock. Rest will migrate to the balls

Same problem too. What I like to do sometimes is tie off extra tight and do a liter through my cock while it migrates into my sack. It’s a little difficult because if you’re not tight enough it’ll go into the inguinals, but I’ve had good luck so far. Once I get big enough I’ll release the tie and employ a bigger tie. I don’t like having to seal two sites though. 21 is also what I use. The most I’ve done is 2 liters through my cock and finished with a third or fourth in my sack. Sometimes I also wear a small hair tie around the base of my cock while I infuse to get it tight. It’s a bit of a juggling act.

The only advice I have for placing in the cock is to watch for a sting or pinch if you’ve begun to go into the tissue itself if you’re at too much of an angle. You’ll know if you feel it. Go slow. I usually make a tent and insert slowly almost parallel. Slow and steady wins the race. 300 is about the most I can handle before migration starts. Insertion point for me is as far low as I can go in the middle to make a good tent that’s out of the way

I've just got back into infusing and I've done a few infusions this year so far and a few in the past. I did a few cock infusions to try it out and I managed about 300 ml tied off before I decided to switch and do the rest in my sac and that seemed to even out quite well. I also did a sac infusion in my first 1L infusion and being tied off pretty tight the migration did go up into my cock a decent amount. The last few infusions I've done were in the 1.5L range, but since I've been pumping a lot over the years my volume acceptance is a lot higher. The last infusion I did I took I think it was 1.5L in my sac alone, with zero migration to my cock which was rather surprising and a bit of a let down. But the best way like a lot of people said is finding a good "in" location that's not going to be pulled out or moved around much as you expand. My issue the 2 times I did it directly was getting the spot too close to my tie off area and adjusting it popped the needle out. 2L is still my overall limit for the whole package at this point. The next time I infuse I want to try maybe a dual infusion, or just do cock only and let it flow downhill to the sack. I too don't like having to plug more than one site. Which is what I end up doing anyway since I get excited and end up moving the injection sites around too much. I need to pick one and just leave it lol.
