Jelqing for beginners.
Hi guys, I'm new to jelqing and a bit overwhelmed with all the information. I'm looking for a simple, beginner-friendly routine to start with. What exercises do you recommend? How long should I do them each day? And what kind of results can I realistically expect in the first few months? Any tips on avoiding injury would also be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help..

Not that much an off topic. Jelqing between the sets works wonders for me for greater expansion (girth wise). But yes, go over to Thunder's and learn the right technique, otherwise it won't help you a bit. You MUST do the jelqs using your PC muscle as well to be effective. DM me if you need, I've made lots of permanent size gains over the years of very active routine including a lot of pumping.
