My recommendation is to invest in a very good quality set of sounding rods or dilators, easily found on line, plus some good quality lubricant. It’s then a case of very slowly working up from one rod to the next - but over a number of months as you gradually stretch. It’s very pleasurable and addictive - but take it very slowly.
