SurgiLube injection in penis started last month. Have a problem.

Began my Sl journey last month and so far everything is working better than I'd ever dreamed and with VERY small amounts. My beginning size was just over 7 inches with a 2 inch straight girth. Started with 1ml. per side just below the glans to check for reactions. After five days of no pain or bruising, I injected 10ml on top, just below the glans. Damn that was crazy exciting to watch that first load going in. It tried to stay localized at first, and I used a medium tight C ring at the base and over the next day, it seemed to flow symmetrically around my penis and down to the base with most of it leaving the area under the glans. So I ended up with some initial swelling that only lasted for a day or so, then settled down to a nice increase in thickness that grew towards the base. Even just 10ml made a big difference in the girth and the weight. After a week of putting the wife off with excuses( She would freak if she knew what I was up to) we had sex(in the dark) and she had a little difficulty taking him all the way to the base. Also, her first instance of multiple orgasms. The next day, Did another 10ml. and it did the same thing, with my penis getting thicker as you approach the base. Starting to look like a traffic cone. Only waited four days this time to try it with the wife and this time she really struggled with the girth, but again, she loved it once I was all in. Made an excuse that after thirty years of pumping, I learned something new online. She recommended I keep it up, because it was working great. Two days later, she refused sex because she was still sore.

The next day, she came to me, but I told her I wanted to use my pump for a couple of hours first, and I did. That was almost a disaster. I should have been paying more attention, because after an hour under moderate vacuum, he was slightly stuck in my 2.750in tube, from base to glans had filled the tube completely. Don't know how fast it will fade because I'm basically adding every week, but soon, I'll stop adding for a while to see how fast I lose it.
Yesterday, I ordered a box of SurgiLube and a piece of 3.5inch acrylic tube to make my new pump setup. I will find her limits, or mine.
My question is, anyone have a suggestion as to how to get more of the surgilube to settle in the area between the glans and the scar. I've tried different C rings in different places up and down the shaft, but I still look like a seven inch traffic cone.
Oddly, she swears he is much longer and I haven't measured that yet, but I thought this was just supposed to effect girth. Or maybe the extra girth just makes it feel longer.
Oh, and my doc put me on testosterone replacement therapy about the same time as I began SurgiLube. Wow, that made all the difference in the world as to how I feel. Guys, do yourself a favor, GET YOUR TESTOSTERONE TESTED YEARLY! Especially if you've had a vasectomy or if you're vegetarian. Mine went so low that I almost died and did suffer for fifteen years of doctors telling me I was just getting older. I was forty when this began, and now I feel better than when I WAS forty.

To get in between the glans and the circ scar with SL, you will have to use a needle and slide back and forth under the scar tissue to loosen the skin back up. The scar is there from the formations of adhesions on the underside of the dermis bonding that area when you were circumcised. Even watching them loosen that skin online with drs and the right tools makes me apprehensive to try it at home. Definitely not without pain killers but I could be wrong.

I only started Test about two years ago, but the symptoms began over twenty years ago, or about ten years after my vasectomy. My brother inlaw got cut as well and now, twenty-three years later, he too is on Test cipro. The symptoms are nearly unlivable after a while and most doctors just write them off as 'old age' My GP consulted with a endocrinologist after I insisted he check my hormones, but still didn't want to. It seems people who take their heath serious enough to research online for possible cures are a pain in the ass. I have a new GP now...

Not that I’m an expert or endocrinologist but I’d recommend researching Enclomiphene before starting test. Test has a cascading effect on many systems of your body and has many more side effects then Enclomiphene.

How much was your testolevel before starting the treatment, and what level is it now after what time?

When first tested, total testosterone was 127. Free test was <20. Initially, my doc put me on one injection per month of 1.0ml test cipro. Felt much better for a week or so, but as the shot wore off over the next week+, started having major mood swings. At three weeks, was almost banned from Lowes for calling out the lazy worthless SOBs that worked there. My daughter refuses to go with me to Lowes any more. I researched it and found most MDs recommend spreading it out over at least weekly shots.
When I said I wanted to spread them out to my doc, he got snarky about YouTube MDs and I told him his services were no longer required. He should have saved that bullshit for AFTER I had my shot, I guess.
Found a men's health clinic that was willing to play with my dosages and they set me up for weekly 1.0ml and they tested all my hormones weekly to get my dosage right asap. After3 days, total shot up to 1820. New doc freaked. Lowered dosage to .70ml and it came down to 1200.
Finally settled at.60ml and generally, after three day I'm setting at 1000-1100 and I take Anastrozole to keep estrogen down. New hormone specialist say part of my initial problem was about the same time I was going on Test, I also switched to the carnivore diet and that by itself can bump your levels by a few hundred depending on the person.
Who would have believed trying to take care of your health could be so involved.=D
BTW, have only used testosterone cypionate.

Right now, she's having fun exploring her limits, but she still thinks the size is from just pumping. I guess I need to set her down and come clean about the surgilube, because I almost feel like I'm cheating or something. I'm pretty sure she's going to have a comeapart over it and that will be the end of my fun. Maybe I'll retain some small amount of these gains.(Doubt it)

I talked to my doc online and she said she had considered Enclomiphene, but my hypogonadism was way too advanced and it would never be able to restore my bodies ability to make hormones or sperm

I haven't posted in a while because I stopped adding SL to find out how long it would last and also because I mistakenly added a little 1.0ml to the area of the frenulum on the underside of the glans. It caused a grape sized knot that stayed localize for three days. Zero pain at first, but around day four, it dispersed except for a pea sized hard ball in the frenulum and a prickly, itchy sensation all around the area of the glans/shaft juncture. SLOWLY dispersed over the course of a month and now, months later, that small hard ball is still there, though it doesn't seem to be causing any problems.
Sat down with my wife and explained what I was actually doing with the SL and at first she was against it, but asked for time to process what I was telling her. That night, she reopened the subject and agreed that what I was doing had been far more fun than she'd thought the size increase would be and the only difference was now she didn't think I was being safe with my body, but it was MY body, but if I broke my dick, she was going to be PISSED.
She asked if that was all I had been up to as far as experimentation went and I told her I was considering trying SL in my sack, which started a whole new convo about what that would do. I explained what I hoped to achieve and she got quiet for a while then told me that she was really happy with our sex, but that the one thing she missed sometimes was that since my hypogonadism progressed, my balls slowly stopped slapping on her ass during sex, and she really missed that.

Injected 10ml left front and 10ml right front using 10ml syringe with 18ga needle and had zero issues but at first, there seemed to be minimal increase. Then the swelling began that night. The next day, I had what felt like two hen's eggs in my sack, though they weren't hanging much lower than my current normal. By the next day, the semi solid egg sized balls began to merge into a single soft mass.
Decided to try a little pumping in my homemade acrylic 3.5"x 9" tube and even at low vacuum(less than 5hg) it only took a couple of hours to almost fill the tube, leaving me with a curiously long dangly sack. Not what I was going for, but it ended up being EXACTLY what the wife wanted.
After almost a month, sack size is halfway back to normal. My testicles are a good bit larger for now, though they didn't really stretch down much compared to the bag itself. I think this weekend I'll try the pump again and if it doesn't swell me back up, I may try 20ml x 2 of SL this weekend. I also want to try 10ml SL per side mid shaft at the same time, but that may be too much of a jump in volume for me. Maybe I'll find out this weekend.

Per Flak's suggestion, asked my Endo doc if she would have a problem putting me on Clomiphene for a while to see if it effected my testicle size or testosterone levels. She had no problem with doing so and put me on a ninety day course. Sadly, I never felt any different other than occasional night sweats, no difference in testicle size and my quarterly blood work actually showed a minor drop in total testosterone level, though not enough to be definitive. Kind of a bummer TBH. Free test levels were normal for me, PSA's were down a little but my hematocrit levels were getting really high so my doc signed a med waiver with Life South blood bank so I can donate whole blood often enough to lower my red blood cell levels. The wife was worried about me donating so often until she found out she got a $25 gift card every time I went in. She's such a capitalist...
