thboy’s full package pumping project
I mentioned my full package pumping equipment in the cock pumping forum a few times. I do use a 3-1/2” tube occasionally for cock/balls but I have been using the 6” fitter neck lamp globe for a year. I mentioned building a split version when I had time. I am not working for the next few days and wanted to fill my sphere. I had been limiting my pumping time so that I was not stuck in the sphere for too long. I finally took the time today to build the split version. I will take a quick break every hour but I am hoping to be in the new sphere for at least 12 hours but will go for a shorter time if necessary.
I used two flanged acrylic hemispheres. The flanges already had 6 bolt holes. I drilled out the bolt holes to accept the small nylon thumbscrews. The wing nuts are also nylon. The gasket was cut from 1/8” silicone. The opening measures 3-1/8” and was cut with a holesaw in a milling machine. A drill press and a stout vise would work also. The opening was deburred and sanded smooth.
I mentioned my more robust (compared to leluv) quick connectors and bulkhead fittings over in the cock pumping thread.
The tubing is 1/4 silicone vacuum tubing.
A 1/4” nylon fitting is threaded into the inner side of the bulkhead connector. This fitting was a 1/4” NPT hose barb that was modified by removing the barb. After removing the barb, I drilled a pocket/counterbore in the fitting that will accept the big end of a tapered massage stick. The counterbore is purposefully snug to hold the massage stick in position but will still swivel for alignment. The counterbore was drilled with a 3/8” bit, the end of the massage stick measures .382”.
Everything pictured was sourced from Amazon.
The hemispheres are probably ~.090” thick, the lamp globe is thicker and is also a better grade material.
I will start out dry pumping. If there are no problems, I will wet pump if no adjustments are needed.
My cock is drooling so the sound should slip in easily. 🤤

How will you create a neck to be used to seal against the body?

No neck needed for me. I do not use a seal with the lamp globe either. Have been in the split sphere for an hour now. Feels good.

Impressive mod! I'm guessing the flanges are cut and then glued?

The hemispheres are one piece, no glue anywhere. Flanged hemispheres.

Great project... I think if it were possible to flange the part that is in the pelvis it would also be very good.

Get some silicone rubbery sheet 1/8" thick
Cut a 2" diameter hole in the middle
Stretch it over your cock & balls
Put your home-made tube on
Hope it's air tight
Now you have a cushion...

Balls flopping free like a bull. To my knees, and beyond!

Re: thboy’s full package pumping project
Thank you all for the comments. The split sphere was comfortable, no extra seal or neck needed for me.
I switched to wet pumping after 2 hours. I use a water trap. After 8 hours the sound was too much and I switched to cock pumping for two extra hours. I planned to go longer but went out for a few hours for lunch and errands. Back in my regular sphere this morning.
My water trap presently has two connections, connection 1 is for the tube/sphere being used, connection 2 is for the vacuum pump. An aquarium pump is nearly always used with the water trap. The photo shows a pulse capable pump connected to the water trap only because that pump was available for the photo. Pulse pumps are not noticeable to me while wet pumping.
It is annoying to keep the water warm enough when wet pumping. The next modification for the split sphere will be to add a recirculating water system. To do that, a second bulkhead fitting, 3” strain relief tube, and connector will be added to the split sphere. Connections will be per the included sketch. After checking function, the water trap and pump will be mounted in an insulated/cushioned case. The water heater will be mounted to the case exterior.

Re: thboy’s full package pumping project
Have not had much free time lately. Had my fourth laser hair removal appointment yesterday. Just getting started this morning and only have a little time to pump. Would like to fill 6” sphere halfway but cutting grass is a higher priority today. Expect to pump more tonite.
I dropped/broke one of the spheres I keep here at my weekend place a few weeks ago. That was the first that has broken. It was dropped from 5’ onto concrete which has 1”ish stone embedded into the surface. The sphere only cracked but had to be replaced regardless. While adding the bulkhead fitting to a spare sphere, I had the idea to try heating/molding/elongating a sphere in the future to an ellipsoidal or teardrop shape. No hurry and I absolutely do not have the time for another project but I will be on the lookout for something that has a good shape to make a mold from. Or, it would just be easier to hot wire a foam shape and make a plaster mold from that. Will take the sphere surface area and work out an equivalent ellipsoidal or teardrop shape in CAD. Employer from 30 years ago had heat lamps and ovens that would have been helpful.
Regarding silicone hose:
Vinyl tubing attracts dust/dirt/hair/stuff due to static charges. The silicone hose attracts the same materials but not so much due to static. Either is easy to rinse clean. The silicone is my favorite for the last few years because it is very flexible and is so much more relaxed (lays flat, etc) than vinyl.

Have to stop and cut grass. Only had fifteen minutes in the 6” sphere.
