Just a comment on high pressure pumping. For years I too would be in pain if I revved up to anything like 10 inches of mercury. But, for reasons I am unaware of, my cock has recently not only been able to handle...but actually feels really wonderful at 10 and even well above. I've been able to revv brieflytot 30 on the pump scale...and have been able to stay at 20 for 15 to 20 minutes without discomfort. Not always. Mostly, it seems, after 2 ord 3 days off. But I am amazed at how much vacuum my cock not only tolerates these days, but actualy seems to crave. I suspect it has to do with conditioning. That's the same for me. I can handle up to 20hg, but that the highest my electric pump is able to go. But I find I expand quicker with 12hg or below. Not to mention, I have little risk of getting a blister on the tip.
