Good soft seal for a 3" flanged tube?

That's a 3" straight cylinder. It's almost a perfect fit and I can walk around with it on from the start. In the Monster tube it's not perfect and I can't walk around with it on until I'm filling the cylinder which is a shame, but its a funny shape so I guess it's to be expected.

It's not a perfect fit, the oxballs xl is ever so slightly too big but its minimal and causes no problems. Due to its shape It takes me a while to get a seal, but eventually I can walk around with it on. It's such an odd shape that there's not much we can do.
