I take it off when I go in the pump, and to go up in size to a bigger ring, but otherwise I wear it continuously for up to 5 or 6 days. I really only take it off when my skin can't stretch anymore from staying swollen, or if it starts to irritate the skin at the base of the shaft.

I think 6 days is the longest I've stayed swollen with these rings. I'm back to normal size now after taking the week off, but I might pump back up and start clamping for another marathon sesion soon.
