Correct Pressure?

I remember reading somewhere that cock pumping requires higher pressure than ball pumping. I've searched and searched but I can't find it. I'm trying to advise a friend of mine who's just getting into pumping. Does anybody have the info?

I only do full package pumping, and all I can say is that since I’ve reduced the vacuum, the dark stripes on my dick (from my early over eager days) have finally started to disappear

I’d tell your friend to start low and see what happens before increasing, as it maybe that low vacuum does exactly the same thing, just a little slower but with less discomfort.

I’d also suggest that it depends on how big his cock is, as a bigger one maybe be better able to withstand harsher treatment, than a smaller one.

For me a pressure up to 5 Hg works fine
Mostly pumping cock and balls together...
