I was agog when I first saw it, but as I already had some experience with needling my testicles, I thought 'Why not?' What could possibly go wrong? ROFL. Nothing, as it turned out.
Testicles are fun to skewer with needles. At first thought, it's NOOOOOOO, since every guy is raised in the belief that these are totally precious and off limits.

Apart from the pinprick going thru the sac skin, then a little bit of that squeezy ache while the needle is pushing into the nut, it's basically painless.

OK. I used KY Jelly. It's sterile, and has no added irritatin chemicals like Surgilube.
A 10ml syringe and a 20g needle. 20g 'cos KY is thick-ish stuff.
In went the first 10ml. No pain. OMG. Testicle got bigger before my eyes.
Getting carried away now, as usual for me.
Another 10.
Bigger.
Then 5 more.
Total of 25. Thought it might be prudent to stop there.

KY + 10ml syringe.

Starting through skin.

25ml each side.

So far, no problems at all.
The KY is slowly absorbed by the body over a period of a few weeks. Oh rats. That just means I'll have to inject my nuts all over again. Hee hee.

Update

3 days ago i injected 3ml in the left one.
Today i injected 3,5ml left, and 7,5ml in the right one.

Now waiting what happens, till now no side effects, balls are big and firm.
The left one lost more in size than the right one in the last days.

I’m apprehensively curious as I’d love bigger balls but even though some of your comments have been about how benign the effects have been it doesn’t mean there aren’t unrecognized effects.

This thread is the live answering of your questions I believe. No one has been doing this long enough to know most of those answers yet. As far as permanence, it seems like most guys are topping up pretty frequently and saying that it gets absorbed quickly.
