I started pumping my balls in the summer of 2024. I pumped for a few months and eventually gave myself a blood blister. I waited a month to let it heal before I started pumping again, but ever since I let myself heal, I get no swelling at all anymore. My testicles may hang a little lower after pumping, but my sack doesn't get that swollen inflated look or weight anymore.
I've switched from lotion to coconut oil.
I've tried different pressures during different sessions.
I've tried pumping with no water, warm water, warm water with epsom salt.
I've tried different jars.
Nothing makes any difference and my scrotum just stays normal.
Is there anything else I can change or try? Does anyone know about this happening to anyone else?
Pumping no longer causes me any swelling. Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this?

There should always be some swelling that occurs unless you are dehydrated. And make sure you have a comfortable seal and a large enough tube. Over the years I have used smaller diameter tubes where the balls are pressed against the tube and it really, really slowed expansion down. You have to have room to grow, the more the better. Also, consider a variable pump, they speed up the swelling faster.

What size tube are you using?
How long do you pump for?
