Well as far as plumbing I would love vaginoplasty or vulvaplasty but given the reroute I’m not sure if that’s possible. If not I’ll probably have a surgeon remove the scrotum just because it gets in the way when I pee and does not look good when I’m hot down there when it’s empty of testicles

I put a photo of my breasts and where they are. All this growth happened in month 4. I basically went from slight moobs to that. I weigh about 170 so I’m not huge.

I noticed in your picture you've had your nails done. They look nice. Let 'em grow out and shape them up. It's a good feminine trait. As far as your scrotum sack consider using it to form a vagina. Others transitioning have done so using it in vaginoplasty surgery. The reroute may not interfere but if it does you may still be able to use the scrotal skin for zero depth vaginoplasty. Just something to consider.

What are your goals with the surgery. A full depth vagina in which you can have sex with? Or would you be satisfied with the aesthetics of looking female. At any rate I'm glad you're getting your wish. Here's hoping good fortunes come your way.

I would like a full depth vagina because it would be nice to be able to be intimate with a man. I also will wait to see what my breasts develop into before I get augmentation.

Not sure on dissolved table salt but you run into sterility issues and tap water injections being a serious issue. I would avoid that.

So I’m 40B measurement wise but I’m growing and that was a December measurement. Yes I’ll take as big of boobs as I’ll get. I am dressing full time now as a woman and I’m growing my hair out. My boobs hurt when they grow, basically don’t touch them when they are growing it’s like being hit with a mortal combat fatality when they are bumped. So much pain you can’t even begin to understand. Ahh replace getting hit in the nuts with getting hit in the tits. It’s the same.

I love having no genitals I have my consult for a vaginoplasty on March 30th and I got the VA to pay for it. I’ve managed to work in the system so far and have had all these surgeries covered by the VA which doesn’t cover gender reassignment surgery……… which of course mine weren’t they were true emergencies of course.

It does throw cis people because they look for my tuck trying to figure out where I hid my penis. It really messes with them when I have on yoga pants or at the pool on my two piece.
