Can you tell me please, what is that cylinder you use for pumping? We tried special female "cup" for pumping but it goes bad because it's form doesn't fit the anatomy. Also tried male cylinder pump for penis, it goes better but we would prefer bigger diameter.

It's a flared tubed from Thickwall in UK.
