What you are describing isn't even a valve or sphincter as such. I'm pretty sure it's just a natural narrowing.
Whatever it is, it's purely the urethra, and doesn't effect the other functions of your penis. The sphincter at the base of your cock is the thing that keeps urine from leaking out and it's a loooooong way down, you'll never cut that.

My meato was done in 5 or maybe even 6 cuts. I can see that it's not perfectly straight, but can you if you look at my OP? Over time crooked cuts and rough edges all seem to round off and even out.

I only cut half way through that narrow hard point, but I have a vein right near there and it started bleeding a lot so I stopped cutting.
Wish I'd just pushed on for one more snip. Cause as I said, you can see all the regrowth I've had just looking at my scar tissue. I'd have to cut 10mm just to get back to where I made it to.
Basically I think you need to cut to your point B, or even a bit further if it all goes smoothly at the time. You'll know when you're cutting the hard section, it's very gristly.

My plan also till point B after regrowth. It may proper wide open look of meatomy most probably that is the last point of meatotomy after the point B their is teritory of subincision. So I definitely stop cutting. And after reach B.
U most be share me any other things u may missed, and what are the complications after crossed that 3 mm of hard part, like at the time of piss.

As you seen my last comment I just cut about 4 mm, It could remain 3 mm of cut after regrowth. But the hard tissue about 1 mm to cut another time in smaller parts.

Hahahaha, Every time it gives more exictment before I start cutting. Also Looks different new look after cut. But now I afraid to cut longer at once, even I cut my first cut about 9, 10 mm at once.

Result of my 3rd cut...

But I think little bit about 2 mm ring muscle still remain. but the muscle valve already cut about 70%, This time its really painful at the time of clamp. Also taken more than 2 weeks to heal and regrowth. I am happy with the result. Pee flow 80% corrected, especially not turbulence, wide pee flow but straighter, but always keeping uncover my penis head. If covered then little scattered.
